Do you really interested to buy house?? How old are you?? In this post I will recommend a good time to buy a house...
1. A good age to buy house is about 25-30 years.. It is the time that most of us have a family and it is important that we can have a house for living..
2. Buy a house after you really have enough money.. Don't just buy house after you see your friends buy.. Looks at your pocket first.. Buying house must commit especially when to pay 'loan house'. It ain't easy..
3. Your EPF account '2' ( for Malaysian only) reached more than 10% of house that you want to buy..
I think that's all my tips about what is most suitable age to buy house.. Maybe it is useful for you or maybe not...
